Q: Why don't I get notified when a customer leaves a 1-star review?
Make sure you have configured Zalo ID in Settings and granted Zalo OA 'ReviewAI.vn' permission to send notifications. Also check your phone notifications to see if they're blocked.
Q: How do I change the tone of AI-generated reviews?
Go to Dashboard -> Store Settings. In the 'AI Configuration' section, you can choose preset tones or enter your own style description (e.g. 'cheerful', 'formal', 'concise').
Q: My QR Code is damaged or blurry, what should I do?
You can go to 'QR Management' in the Dashboard to re-download the original high-resolution QR file (Vector or PDF) and reprint. If issues persist, contact support for proper printing guidance.
Q: Can I use one account for multiple branches?
Yes, ReviewAI supports multi-location management. You can add multiple stores to the same account and manage each separately within the same Dashboard.
Q: Does ReviewAI automatically post reviews to Google Maps?
Due to Google's privacy policy, AI only helps compose content. Customers still need to tap 'Post' to confirm. However, we optimize the flow so it's just a 1-tap completion for customers.
